Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you total control over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponders and shield your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just select the mailbox you wish to forward emails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else.
